Wedding K&B

What a wonderful wedding and a wonderful couple. It was such a privilege to be asked to photograph this wedding. Special thanks to Neysa - you are always a joy to work with. We both had so much fun the entire day. "Work" never feels like work when you have great help and great clients.
Here are a few of my favorites...

The cake - simple and elegant

K's hairdresser made me promise not to take her photo. I'm sure I'll get in trouble, but they were just so full of emotion that I could not resist.

The happy couple

I love K's expression during the vows and ring exchange. They were both so happy.

Father/Daughter dance

The best man's toast.
K's dad getting some photos of his own.

New Lens Part 2

Can't forget my girl :-) Again, with the new lens.

New Lens

Just a couple quick photos I took this afternoon with my new toy ;) I finally got the f/2.8 lens I have been wanting. I'm like a kid in a candy store whenever I head downtown to Provident Camera. I had to play as soon as I got home.

Happy Easter

I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter weekend (even if you don't celebrate the holiday). The Easter Bunny brought us WAY too much candy. He does this every year. How does he know that Reese cups are my favorite, and I'm the only one who eats them?
I get to work off all the chocolate on my 20 mile run this Saturday. Please hope for no rain - I'm just not in the mood ;-)

My son really does love me...he just gets tired of my camera.
My daughter, on the other hand, is always willing to pose.

Dance Class

Twice a year, my daughter's dance class has "watch week". The parents get to stay for class and the kids get to show off what they are learning. The teachers like to ask all kinds of questions to demonstrate that the girls are learning something about dance. In true form, my daughter wanted to answer as many questions as she could.
